Aubrie Jones, CEO:

Aubrie Jones - CEO

Aubrie Jones is the proud owner of HADCO Staffing Solutions. Aubrie is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. GO HUSKERS! Aubrie moved to Las Vegas in 2000 after being a professional singer and dancer for many years, and having the privilege of performing on stages such as The Ryman Auditorium and The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Aubrie also performed in many shows including Opryland, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Fiesta Texas, The Radio City Rockette Christmas Show in Branson, MO and many others. When Aubrie relocated to Las Vegas in 2000, she was a lead singer for a band that performed throughout the Las Vegas Strip in various lounges and corporate events. In addition, she worked in various facets in the hospitality arena, including convention hostess, field staff coordinator and was even a showgirl for many corporate events. After it was time to hang up the headdress and microphone, she was fortunate to land in the Destination Management/Corporate Event Planning world. She joined the DMC industry in 2008 as an Account Executive, and in five years, moved her way up to Vice President of Sales. Aubrie has always taken pride in the way she is able to navigate and really understand what people are needing almost instantaneously. This has allowed her to immediately provide results for her clients so that they can truly focus on what the true goal is. Her skills in sales and relationship building is unparalleled and she takes great pride that her clients aren’t just clients, but they become friends and family. Aubrie’s strong gauge on overall strategy and big picture has landed her many large deals and accounts that she is extremely proud of.

Most recently, Aubrie was recognized in Smart Meetings Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women in the Meetings & Events Industry as “Women Who Inspire Us” in the Innovator Category. This category was based on “women who embody change and progress” and women “who are compelled to try new things and maintain a contagious thirst for breakthrough ideas.” This is exactly what has motivated Aubrie since she started HADCO Staffing Solutions.

Aubrie’s midwest values and work ethic shine through on a daily basis. She is extremely family driven and has had the pleasure of working alongside her sister, Sara Rawlins, for the past 10 years and is so fortunate that the tradition will continue as Sara has joined HADCO as Vice President.

Aubrie is a proud wife of Josh Jones and mother to her beautiful daughter, Hadley.

Sara Rawlins-Miller: President:

Sara Rawlins - HADCO President

Sara Rawlins is from Lincoln, Nebraska, where she also attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Sara and Aubrie have never been able to spend much time apart as she joined Aubrie in Nashville shortly after she left Lincoln, NE and then moved to Vegas to follow Aubrie when she moved in 2000. Sara’s work ethic, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple large tasks is uncanny. She has proven to be an operational anomaly as there are not quite many that are able to manage and stay on task the way that Sara does.  She brings more than 17 years of experience in hospitality to HADCO. Her expertise in operations, strategic planning, and staff management has resulted in national recognition throughout the industry.  Sara strongly believes in continuing education and being a leader in her space.  Most recently, Sara is certified as a COVID-19 Compliance Officer, a Contact Tracing Officer and is currently working on her CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) through the American Staffing Association.  

Sara thrives in fast-paced environments, and she has a proven track record of finding success in challenging circumstances through her leadership and situational knowledge.

Denise Marie Germano: Director of Event Operations:

Denise Marie Germano - Director of Event Operations

Denise Marie (also known as DMG) is originally from Norwalk, Connecticut where she earned a Social Sciences Degree with a Certification in Conflict Resolution from Western Connecticut State University. In 2006 she moved to Las Vegas to continue to follow her passion for a career in the hospitality realm. For the past two decades she’s immersed herself in the industry, with targeted experience, exposure and execution within the Convention & Conference, Tradeshow, Hotel, Global Destination Management and Event Technology Arenas. Denise Marie brings with her a strong work ethic along with her proven success in business operations, relationship management, revenue increasing track record, team motivation skills and a long standing dedication to the industry. She is one of Collaborate Magazine’s 2014 “40 under 40” Industry Honorees. In 2020, she also received an Executive Education Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.

She may have grown up on the east coast, but she immediately developed a deep love for advocating for the City of Las Vegas and all its enterprises. In her down time, you will find her snuggled up with her fur baby and cheering on the Las Vegas Golden Knights or whipping up a home cooked meal in the kitchen for family and friends.

Eileen Acevedo, Office Manager, Payroll Specialist:

Eileen Acevedo - Office Manager

Eileen Acevedo was raised in Palmdale, CA. She moved to Las Vegas at age 22 and began her career in the hospitality industry. With an ambition to start an exciting new chapter, Eileen’s path converged with HADCO Staffing Solutions, where she met Aubrie and Sara. She was brought on full time – at the most inopportune time – as the pandemic shut down the planet.

Eileen shifted gears to adapt to the new way of life and began working as an Escrow Assistant at a title company. Those years were booming in that industry, but as the housing market tends to do, it slowed down drastically, and she was once again looking for something more permanent. Ever the optimist, Eileen believes that life always knows when to close a certain door, as the next one was ready to open again at HADCO. She welcomes the increased responsibilities of handling Human Resources and Payroll, and her eagerness to learn more and challenge herself will benefit the Company and everyone involved. In her spare time, she relaxes by painting, spending time with her family and her two adorable dogs, and traveling as much as possible.

Chris Burgess: Event Staffing Manager:

Chris Burgess - Event Staffing Manager

Chris Burgess was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has spent more than 20 years working in hospitality, holding various roles in management, leading teams in the casino, meeting, and events industries. Chris has a passion to teach and coach, and he tested that during his tenure as a Collegiate Associate Head Coach of Soccer for College of Southern Nevada, leading both the men’s and women’s teams to numerous victories. Chris is always open for new challenges. He joined HADCO Staffing Solutions right before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the meeting and event industry in Las Vegas. In that time, he found that building the rapport with the staff and show producers was his next, right adventure. In his spare time, Chris is a father to two teenage boys, a dog dad and husband, and enjoys traveling with his family and entertaining at home.
